About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance the company culture and improve business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent management strategies that meet business needs.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they impact the business, proactively managing risk and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and performance management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
