About the Role:

  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
  • Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  2. Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Design and deliver employee engagement programs.
  4. Manage performance management systems and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  5. Provide guidance on organizational design and talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (requiring upto 10hr commitment every week)
