Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing expert human resources guidance and support to our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on HR support to our operations teams, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or staffing industry.
  • Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and compliance for contract manpower.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and popular HRMS/payroll tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good MS Excel and HR MIS skills; familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • High attention to detail, ethical integrity, and ability to manage confidential information.
