Strategic Sales Partner

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor the performance of sales team-managed customer relationships, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Order and Payment Management: Follow up on orders and ensure timely payment recovery, maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently, leveraging excellent interpersonal and communication skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Product Updates: Keep customers informed about new products and services, creating opportunities for increased sales and revenue.
  • Query Handling and Escalation: Enthusiastically address customer queries, escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Individual Customer Needs: Understand and address individual customer needs, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field (or equivalent graduate degree).
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a sales operations or related role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
