Job Title: Senior Bid Manager

Purpose of Role:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, driving business growth by managing multiple stages from PQQ/ITT/RFI to RFP/Closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Development
  • Develop a winning strategy for each bid, clearly articulating differentiators and price points.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Engage in solutioning and commercial discussions, contributing to proposal development.
  • Create compelling win themes emphasizing strengths, past successes, and client goals.
  • Ensure all team members meet deadlines and keep the process organized and efficient.
  • Develop accurate cost breakdowns and pricing strategies, considering profitability and market competitiveness.
Proposal Management
  • Oversee the development of persuasive proposals, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Collaborate with design teams to showcase the proposal response in impactful presentation design.
  • Organize reviews to refine the proposal, ensuring consistency and a compelling final product.
Team Collaboration
  • Provide expertise in creative production and retail activation operations to help team members respond swiftly to RFI/RFP requirements.
  • Mentor team members, assigning job flow from regions and implementing best practices learned during bids for continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Management – Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and managing relationships.
  • Attention to Detail – Reviewing proposal documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of the relevant sector to tailor proposals to client expectations and market trends.

Experience and Qualifications:

5-7 years in proposal management in B2B Sales

Minimum 3+ years' experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry
