We're Hiring: Sales Operations Intern
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Stipend: Based on interview performance
Duration: 2–6 months (Full-time)
Reporting To: Director
Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and eager to kickstart your career in sales operations?
Join us as a Sales Operations Intern and gain in-depth exposure to the backend of a fast-paced sales environment. You'll work closely with the Director and sales leadership team, contributing directly to data analysis, lead management, and performance tracking that drives business decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets
- Conduct basic data analysis, including sales reports, lead funnels, and conversion metrics
- Work on CRM platforms like LeadSquared (prior experience is an added advantage)
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups
- Assist in implementing and improving sales processes
- Prepare and share performance MIS reports with sales leadership
- Collaborate with senior leadership and report directly to the Director for insights and guidance
