Marketplace Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue across multiple Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competition & market trends.
  • Lead a team for product cataloguing, high-quality content, and search engine optimization strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with personnel within designated marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage shipments/orders and reduce stock-out times.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, forecasting future performance.
  • Oversee Key Accounts Management, Category, and Catalogue management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the beauty and personal care sector is beneficial.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Multitasking and expertise in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership to drive marketplace channels.

Note: A candidate with 3-5 years of experience managing q-commerce sales and a degree in Business or related field from a reputable institution is desired.
