
Marketplace Sales Expert

Main Responsibilities- Platform Integration: Oversee end-to-end onboarding and setup of products across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
- Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for expansion, and build sales plans to scale.
- Catalog Optimization: Ensure accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings for visibility and conversions across platforms.
- Promotional Activities: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless platform execution.
- Compliance and Relationship Management: Ensure compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with account managers to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
- Skillset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
- Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
- Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital business.
