Job Title: Intellectual Property Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and improve operational workflows for IP protection services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and playing a strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving innovation.

  • Manage enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective delivery of technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks.
  • Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media. You should thrive in a dynamic growth environment and love supporting and exploring new business opportunities.
