Job Description:

The Print Production Supervisor will oversee the daily execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with artwork studios and printers to maintain high-quality prints and consistency
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Take initiative to proactively resolve challenges

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent education
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and project/account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management tools
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
