About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and expansion across rural markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to engage with farmers, labour contractors, and buyers.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create A/B testing experiments to optimise digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement attribution and tracking systems across various platforms.
  • Design and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including social media, messaging apps, and local influencers.
  • Own lifecycle journeys, from onboarding to retention and win-back.
  • Automate personalised content via CRM tools and digital integrations.
  • Build vernacular retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Develop activation playbooks for local events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Launch referral and ambassador programs to foster community engagement.
  • Manage online communities, such as social media groups and forums.
  • Design physical kits and grassroots activations to build brand credibility.
  • Curate messaging libraries for different regions and user cohorts.
  • Create engaging content, including videos, campaigns, and case studies, to educate farmers and drive demand.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accessible content for field officers.
  • Define a rural-first SEO strategy with vernacular keywords and local business listings.
  • Develop content engines to attract inbound demand for advisory and marketplace services.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or rural brand marketing.
  • Experience launching or scaling products in agri, FMCG, or rural India (Tier 2–4 markets).

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media advertising and analytics software.
  • A/B testing, automation, and funnel optimisation expertise.
  • In-depth understanding of rural audiences and their needs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Marathi and Hindi, with experience working across rural and urban contexts.
