Consumer Packaged Goods Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to join our team as a strategic leader. The ideal candidate will have broad and deep knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing, pricing, and commercial strategy.

This role involves acting as a thought partner, capability builder, and strategic leader across client engagements. Key responsibilities include serving as a CPG industry expert, providing strategic guidance, functional expertise, and contextual insights. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to build and refine our CPG capability.

  • Serve as a CPG industry expert across client engagements, providing strategic guidance and functional expertise.
  • Act as a thought partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.
  • Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring industry relevance and strategic impact.
  • Help build and refine our CPG capability, including developing accelerators and reusable frameworks.
  • Contribute to sales enablement by co-creating POVs, pitches, proposals, and POCs that are grounded in real-world CPG strategy and operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion, and consumer insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
