Senior Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator Job Opportunity

The BIM coordinator position at our company is designed to ensure seamless design coordination and efficient project delivery. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with expertise in building information modeling software.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • • Review 3D models for building and infrastructure projects, utilizing Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools to identify potential issues and clashes.
  • • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to guarantee accurate and clash-free designs.
  • • Perform thorough clash detection and resolve coordination issues within a BIM environment.
  • • Ensure compliance with established BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
  • • Maintain knowledge of the latest BIM trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Experience: At least 6–12 years of experience as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • • Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 software.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Soft Skills:
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
  • • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
