Job Title: BIM Engineer

As a BIM engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating construction drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software. Your primary responsibility will be to set up projects, create parametric families, manage the Revit server, and provide materials.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.

You will be responsible for generating accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models, maintaining an organized documentation system, and conducting regular quality checks. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and familiarity with American codes & standards are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up projects, creating parametric families, managing the Revit server from a production perspective, and providing materials.
  • Completing attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translating less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • Building FRP, GFRC products like columns, cupolas, cornices, domes, balustrades, entryways, and cladding systems.
  • BIM Modelling: Creating 3D BIM models using industry-standard software, implementing BIM best practices, performing clash detection and resolution, and collaborating with project team members.

This is a full-time position requiring at least 45 hours per week, with occasional late evening hours to align with the U.S.-based team. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • A strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with American codes & standards.
