This role is focused on driving business growth through strategic account management.
- Support senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies for key client accounts across regions.
- Engage with clients to identify unmet needs and potential service gaps that can lead to new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create customized sales materials and presentations to support upsell or renewal initiatives.
- Lead the development of RFI and RFP responses, including slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
- Analyze client organization changes that could signal new business opportunities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Presentation and pitching skills to effectively communicate NIIT's capabilities.
Required Experience:
- 4–8 years in account coordination, client services, project management, or operations roles.
- Experience working in professional services, learning, or talent development sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and operational details. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
