Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be skilled in negotiation, and have working knowledge of MS Office and databases. Additionally, they should have knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional who can effectively collect payments from our valued clients, build long-lasting relationships, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments from existing clients in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for customer retention and upselling/cross-selling
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment history
  • Provide exceptional customer service through regular communication and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
