As a Performance Management Specialist, you'll drive digital growth across platforms.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, analyze results, and scale revenue while improving ROI and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Plan and run campaigns across platforms.
    • Manage budgets and optimize for revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
    • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
    • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
    • Optimize visibility and campaigns for better conversions.
  • Collaboration & Content:
    • Coordinate with teams for high-performing content.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on with Ads, Google Ads, and AMS.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
