Hotel Revenue Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel revenue management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per available room (RevPAR) and occupancy.

  • Lead multi-property revenue management teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and property owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven record of improving RevPAR, occupancy, and revenue growth across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs), distribution channels, revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property general managers.
