Revenue Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Revenue Growth Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting in closing deals, building relationships, running scrappy campaigns, drafting content, and analyzing funnels and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Generate and qualify leads for our target revenue stream, reach out to potential customers/partners via calls, emails, and social channels, support in closing deals and building relationships.
  • Marketing Performance: Run scrappy campaigns on WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, and email, draft content (posts, captions, DMs) that converts, track campaign performance and suggest quick iterations.
  • Growth Optimization: Analyze funnels and customer journeys to spot drop-offs, coordinate with teams to push experiments, share insights directly with the leadership.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter who loves getting things done, comfortable switching between sales calls and strategy discussions, hungry to learn about growth in an early-stage startup.
  • Based in Gurgaon and excited to work from our office, bonus points if you're a dog lover .
