
Customer Experience Support Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through on incidents, reports, and projects.
- Handle Level 2 Escalation calls, serving as the primary escalation point for service-related problems.
- Enter accurate customer information into the database.
- Assist in training and monitoring call center agents to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for different Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Resolve customer and client queries within the case management system.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related customer service position.
- Previous experience in a Level 2 support role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with varying shifts.
- Experience providing application support.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
