As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through on incidents, reports, and projects.
  • Handle Level 2 Escalation calls, serving as the primary escalation point for service-related problems.
  • Enter accurate customer information into the database.
  • Assist in training and monitoring call center agents to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for different Lines of Business (LOBs).
  • Resolve customer and client queries within the case management system.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related customer service position.
  • Previous experience in a Level 2 support role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with varying shifts.
  • Experience providing application support.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
