Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Role Overview:

This is a pivotal role in our organization, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective support to clients and Academic Mentors via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales conversions.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customer needs, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records and data integrity.

Required Skills Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preference for Australia/UK accent proficiency).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a reputable institution (any discipline).
  • MBA or a Master's degree in a specialized subject is an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in international client handling (voice and non-voice support).
