
Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining excellent relationships with customers, ensuring timely payment of debts, and processing reconciliations. Key responsibilities include communicating with management on collection performance, status of accounts receivable, and credit limits.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide status updates and request information.
- Maintain the receivable system through Google sheets by generating and sending invoices to customers along with supporting documents.
- Visit customers regularly for ledger reconciliation, discussions on past due payments, and other invoice-related issues.
- Provide high-level customer service to all transactional and relationship customers through incoming/outgoing phone calls and personal visits.
- Resolve customer queries/disputes immediately with the help of sales/operation/warehouse and other internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure timely payment of debts and process reconciliations of invoices, including reconciliation of receivables amount/debit note/credit note on a monthly basis.
