Job Title: IT Service Solutions Specialist

As an IT service solutions specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. You will lead clients to best practice and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.

  • Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce high-quality deliverables.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with smart and fun people. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Advising clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborating effectively with virtual team members.
Requirements:
  • A primary skillset in ITSM with a secondary skillset in HRSD.
  • Experience with integration between modules.
