Job Overview

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conducting thorough customer needs analysis and presenting customers with tailored solutions. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in understanding product functionalities, identifying potential problems, and finding effective solutions. This includes determining the best products to meet customer requirements, collaborating with the sales department, and providing expert guidance on products and services. Additionally, you will participate in exhibitions, conventions, and other events to promote products and services, as well as train colleagues and sales personnel on basic technical aspects of products and services. Furthermore, you will possess in-depth technical knowledge about products, their working mechanisms, and their pros and cons.
