CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Specialist who's passionate not just about writing code, but also about mentoring talent and evaluating technical capabilities.

What you will do-

  • Conduct internal technical interviews and pre-screening for incoming candidates.
  • Review job descriptions and assess candidate alignment with role requirements.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level developers through sessions on coding, design, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain learning material, mock interview kits, and evaluation rubrics.
  • Support technical onboarding and readiness of new team members.

What We're Looking For-

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in frontend/backend/full-stack development
  • Strong grasp of DSA, API design, databases, and clean coding principles
  • Familiarity with modern stacks like React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring or evaluating peers

Location- Noida Sector-62

Working Days- 6 (5 days Work from office)
