Location : Noida
Job Type : 5 days from office (Rotational Shifts) both side cab
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling and responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels while updating CRM systems with all requested information.
You will maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to employees who work from home.
- Take on board feedback and adapt skills accordingly.
- Adhere to rules and regulations on personal and performance data confidentiality and security.
- Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis.
General Customer Service includes post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers including:
- Call center-based customer support in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries.
- Customer issues analysis and resolution in response to a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries.
