We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support
You will work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network and modem functionality. This includes troubleshooting landline problems and providing solutions to maximize service functionality.
Solution ProviderYou will provide customers with tailored solutions to their technical problems and ensure that they have access to all necessary resources to repair or replace faulty equipment.
Status UpdatesYou will communicate effectively with customers over the phone to provide status updates on their service requests and ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.
Issue EscalationWhen necessary, you will escalate complex technical issues to higher-level technical support teams for further assistance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:- International Technical Support Experience
A minimum of 0-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) is required.
Excellent Communication SkillsStrong communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and resolving their technical issues efficiently.
Tech SavvinessFamiliarity with ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues is a must.
FlexibilityCandidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment and be willing to adapt to rotational shifts and week offs.
