We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) with strong experience in Internet & WiFi troubleshooting to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Roles & Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to understand service-related needs and provide the most appropriate solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve network & modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting.
- Walk customers through phone hardware and software configurations to enhance service functionality.
- Provide solutions for customer repair problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Interface with customers over the phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISP, Internet, WiFi, Router & Modem connectivity issues.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.
- Education: UG / Graduate / PG.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internet technical troubleshooting (B2C Voice Process).
- Flexible for rotational shifts & week-offs.
