Customer Support Executive

We're looking for someone with
2–5 years of technical support experience
who can manage customer interactions, resolve technical queries, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to:

  • Smart Energy Meters (AMI/AMR, Single & Three Phase)

  • Air Conditioning Systems (Split, VRF, Commercial)

Log & manage tickets via CRM (Freshdesk, Zoho, etc.)

Maintain documentation, FAQs & tech guides

Coordinate with engineering, product & field teams

Ensure customer satisfaction with timely support


You Must Have

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–5 years in technical support/customer service
  • Strong knowledge of AC systems & smart meters
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus)
  • Working knowledge of CRMs


Bonus If You Have

  • Field experience with metering / HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of IoT integrations
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams & technical manuals
