Job Profile:
The Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) role involves resolving customer issues over the phone and providing resolutions. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Interaction: Handling large amounts of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships.
Issue Resolution: Providing accurate solutions, analyzing customer needs, and recommending products.
Communication: Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Shift Timings: 24/7 flexible shifts,
Work Arrangement: 100% work from office.
Work Details:
- Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs.
