Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida

Designation: Customer Support Executive (International voice Process)

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with their queries.

Provide accurate information regarding document verification, application status, and background checks.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the senior support team/manager as required.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with backend/operations teams to ensure timely closure of cases.

Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved within defined SLAs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory, additional languages preferred).

Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Good logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of study abroad/overseas document verification process is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Shift & Work Mode:

- Any of the following 3 shifts:

  • 9 AM 6 PM
  • 1 PM – 10 PM
  • 4 PM – 1 AM

- Any 5 working days in a week

- Rotational week off

- Final shift allocation will be decided at the time of interview
