Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team and support global customers of major international clients. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls and provide effective solutions to customer queries related to hotel room bookings and services. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from global customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding hotel room availability, bookings, cancellations, amenities, and other related services.
  • Assist international customers across various nationalities, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to handle customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international customer service standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Care, preferably in the International Process / Hospitality Domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
