Job DescriptionThis role requires an enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Reviewing team performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical and passion for sales, with the ability to travel. Required skills include good communication skills, ability to work under deadlines and pressure, and passionate to accept challenges. A Bsc. Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engg. /Textile Engg. is required.
