At Apna, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful sales career in the rapidly growing hiring products space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients to pitch our hiring solutions, generating new prospects, and sharing market data with their manager. Additionally, they will handle customer objections related to product, competition, pricing, and expectations.

A key aspect of this role is selling recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business needs. The candidate will also manage onboarding processes for new clients, enabling them to post their first job on our platform. Furthermore, they will create brand visibility for Apna through reference building and collateral distribution.

We require a strong preference for HRTech experience or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling experience. The ideal candidate should possess 1+ year of work experience in client-facing B2B roles, demonstrating skills such as hustle, street smarts, negotiation, lead generation, and knocking abilities. A team player with strong people skills is essential for this position.

This is a traveling job that requires a bike and driver's license. The salary range for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and performance.
