Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Achieve sales targets set by the company

Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership skills with experience in sales management
* Strong strategic planning and team management abilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle a sales team of more than 15+ Salesman
* Knowledge of the pipes or construction industry is a plus
* Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Salary Information
We are offering a competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications. The actual salary will be discussed during the interview process.

Location
This role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, providing easy access to major transportation hubs for efficient delivery.
