About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Infiflex Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 6,00,000 - ₹ 8,00,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, uncovering opportunities, and assessing prospects' needs to tailor their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, events, and more to identify and cultivate potential clients.
  • Opportunity Identification: Leverage creativity and initiative to identify high-potential prospects and create outbound lead opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze prospects' current processes and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate our unique value proposition to engage potential customers.
  • Sales Management: Maintain accurate sales information and activity logs in our CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet personal sales targets while contributing to overall profitability and sales goals.
  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively support the sales process.
  • Solution Alignment: Understand how our offerings meet diverse customer needs across various business sectors.
  • Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, as well as social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, with a focus on SEO optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
