About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Strategist to join our team at Navigators Software.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your business development expertise and drive growth for our company. As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for acquiring new business through aggressive sales calls, up-sells, and appointment setting with potential customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through surveys and mapping as per plans, as well as lead generation.
- Sell our solutions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of these products and articulating the value they bring to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in IT companies on web or mobile projects.
- A minimum of 3 years' exposure dealing with international clients only.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
