About the Role

The Procurement Senior Manager will be responsible for developing robust global category strategies, including defining buying channels, purchasing policies, managing supplier relationships, and driving project execution.

This role requires expertise in HEOR or related fields, knowledge of commercialization categories, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Develop strategic plans that meet business needs across product lifecycles and markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global category strategies support business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine category strategies to align with evolving product portfolios and business objectives.
  • Oversee supplier management and performance, leveraging technology as a foundation.
  • Manage the HEOR category supply base, preferred suppliers, and track supplier performance.
  • Lead regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to monitor performance and ensure alignment on business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical procurement experience.
  • Experience leading and participating on cross-functional teams.
  • Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process redesign, and continuous improvement expertise.
