Senior Fashion Category Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Category Leader to drive business growth across our apparel categories. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Lead category end-to-end, balancing fashion trends, sales data, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute category strategies that align with customer demand and brand identity.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels, reduce stock-outs and dead stock, and partner with sourcing and production teams for timely replenishments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A keen eye for product trends, pricing, and consumer behavior in the apparel market.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and marketplace analytics is a plus.
