Job Title: Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain optimization and demand planning.
  2. Formulating and executing strategies to ensure targeted demand growth.
  3. Responsibility of handling the category team.
  4. Gathering market intelligence from various sources and creating actionable insights.
  5. Improving customer wallet share through strategic initiatives.
  6. Guiding the team to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Managing teams and ensuring target delivery.
  8. Maintaining customer and partner experience for the category.
  9. Enhancing team skills towards growth in the organization.
  10. Utilizing data to analyze and identify process gaps for business improvement.
Skill Requirements:
  • Ability to train, coach and support team members.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Fluency in a second language is desirable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create reports, interpret them and drive insights.
  • High ownership and responsiveness at all times.
  • Efficient excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate in any stream will do.
