Customer Relationship Manager

As an Advisor Voice, you will play a vital role in managing all customer interactions as rostered within parameters. You will demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customers, respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language, and offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
2. Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
3. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
4. Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
5. Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
6. Ensure updation of product system process and policy knowledge
7. Adhere to rostered timing scheduled shifts and activities
8. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
9. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
10. Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement
11. Increase develop and retain customer base through relationship building and service
12. Follow all contact center policies procedures code of conduct and legislative requirements
Education Requirement:
Graduation degree in any discipline
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory
