Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cashier to join our team in Guna, Madhya Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting. They should possess basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing POS software, excellent communication and customer service skills, trustworthiness, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Handle cash, credit, debit card, and UPI payments accurately
- Issue receipts and manage billing software and POS system
- Maintain daily cash and sales reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier's counter
- Maintain stock of cash and coins for change
