About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales strategy, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top-performing sales talent
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take proactive steps to improve outcomes
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Mentor and coach sales representatives to maximize productivity and meet individual KPIs
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and support
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
