Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

The role of a customer service representative is multifaceted and demanding. Key responsibilities include managing all customer interactions as per rostered parameters, demonstrating ownership on calls when contacted by customers, responding to customers in an appropriate tone and language, offering solution-based approaches for all customer interactions, educating customers at every opportunity, ensuring updation of product system process and policy knowledge, adhering to rostered timing scheduled shifts and activities, capturing customer details and data relevant to the call or service, resolving customer queries within agreed timelines, managing outbound campaigns as per business requirements, increasing developing and retaining customer bases through relationship building and service, and following all contact center policies procedures code of conduct and legislative requirements.
