
Senior Digital Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the revenue growth of our Digital Agency & Tech business vertical. As an AVP/Director/Head, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue generation across Digital Agency services and Tech services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Leading new business pipeline development, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients
- Representing our organization in new client pitches and lead presentations
- Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within Cheil network accounts
- Leading and mentoring a sales pod of executives/managers to ensure smart hunting and consistent follow-ups
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only
- A strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech
- Excellent pitch craft and ability to command a room
- Sharp understanding of digital agency service lines and comfort with tech discussions
- Hustler mindset and team leadership experience
