
Revenue Management Professional

We are seeking a Revenue Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on managing international clients and ensuring successful partnerships. You will work closely with our founder to create and implement effective revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and ability to execute revenue decisions. You will also assist in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Commercial Strategies: Create and execute commercial strategies that maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments.
- Manage International Clients: Ensure successful partnerships with international clients, replicating the culture formed by our founder in all actions undertaken on their behalf.
- Adjust Strategy: Adapt commercial strategy according to market trends to achieve maximum revenue growth.
- Forecast and Budgeting: Assist our founder in creating revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments.
- Weekly Revenue Meetings: Organize weekly revenue meetings with our founder to discuss sales strategies and supervise sales and marketing actions.
- Learning and Teaching: Learn and teach best practices of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.
