Job Title: Senior Performance Marketer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives and drive growth across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization. They will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled a significant performance marketing budget.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
