Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth across various platforms. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, analyzing results, and scaling revenue while improving ROI and customer acquisition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Manage budgets and optimize for revenue, CAC, and ROAS. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights. Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies. Optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.
  • Collaboration & Content: Coordinate with internal teams for high-performing creatives. Recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AMS.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
