Job Description:

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes.

This leadership role requires someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all digital channels.
  • Drive budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level.
  • Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Scaling campaign success through innovative strategies.
  2. Managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  3. Leading, coaching, and developing a team of performance marketers.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
