Performance Marketing Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant channels.
  • Own the campaign budget and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
